We are excited to announce that registrations for the new season are now open - we have plenty of fun stuff planned for our regular training sessions on Fridays led by our ECB level 3 qualified coach Matt Slack and his team of ECB qualified coaches, along with the return of the Friday BBQ's and the tuck shop will be open as normal. Our 1st training session is scheduled for the 24th April so register today for cricket fun!

Softball & mini cricket will start at 5:30 with the hardball session starting at 6:30

Registration, team selection and player availability will again be through Pitchero this year via the following link - Join Dean Cricket Academy today - full joining details are at the bottom of this message, once you have joined the club & registered your children for teams you will receive an email from info@deancricketacademy.com confirming that you have registered along with payment details.

Fees for the season (inclusive of match fees) are remaining the same as last year for hardball cricket - the only change is to the mini cricket where we are going to run sessions over the full 13 weeks of training so this group will see a small increase in fees.

Hardball: £100
Softball: £75
Mini cricket: £75

We are again entering teams in the Hunts league with matches to be played on the following days throughout the season

U9's - Sunday mornings

U11's - Sunday mornings and / or Monday evenings

U13 - Thursday evenings

We are looking for volunteers to manage the individual teams - this is an easy role and is best suited to a parents who has a child playing in the age group - if this is something you can help with please drop an email to info@deancricketacademy.com and we will get back to you.

Pitchero

This season we are going to use Pitchero again, so we have all information regarding summer fixtures and training in one place and easy to access. Fixtures will be uploaded and will sync directly with Pitchero, so please keep an eye on the app for updates.

If you are new to Pitchero, there are three options to join Dean's Pitchero Site.

Option 1 | If you DO NOT have an existing account.

Step-by-step guide:

· Go to the club's website Dean Cricket Academy Pitchero Site

· Click 'Join' in the top right corner of the page

· Enter your details

· Click 'Join this club'

· Agree to the terms

o Terms of Service (required)

o Club's policies (required)

o Pitchero Partners (optional)

· Complete the reCAPTCHA form

· Click 'Next'

· Tick the roles you wish to apply for (if you don't wish to apply for a role, click 'Skip')

· Click 'Next step'

Parents should register with their own details, then apply for the parent role of their child(ren) in the ‘Apply for roles’ section below.

Some roles may require some more information by the club. After registering, go the Membership area of your account to view and update your details.

Step-by-step guide:

· On the Account created page, click 'My account’.

· Click 'Membership Info' (if your club requires some information from you, the link will be 'Update Info')

· View and update your membership information where required.

· Click 'Save changes'

Option 2 | Existing Pitchero Account Holders

Add a new club to my existing account.

You can be a member of multiple clubs on Pitchero.

Step-by-step guide:

· Go to the club's website Dean Cricket Academy Pitchero Site

· Login to your Pitchero account

· Click 'Join' in the top right corner of the page

· Agree to the club's policies

· Click 'Join this club'

· Tick the roles you wish to apply for (if you don't wish to apply for a role, click 'Skip')

· Click 'Next step'

Option 3 | Existing Dean cricket academy members

You will need to re-apply for a role within the club again for each child - please select the appropriate team for your child and apply for them to join
Don't worry about choosing the wrong team, we can always edit that later!
